We were talking about things,how to make professional video:
1. usually shot on film (look like a film)
2. filters (noise,grain, less colour saturation)
Lighting:
1. softened light: -nylons on the lens (not vaseline) - reflective light (control it)
2. shoot at lower video level (brightness & contrast)
3. dreamy: higher level (over expose)
4. model your lights (to the actor's face)
Editing tricks:
Slow down the footage by 5% - make un-noticeably movie (sounds)
Sets: Reduce
1. clutter (too much staff)
2. colours (bright colours)
Planning for editing: Think layers
Finally then the camera set up for the dark: Iris, Gain & then we checked out how the lamps works.

week8

We had no school in this week because it was Easter holiday!:)

week 7

After the shooting we had to edit our shots..which took about more than 5 hours... But finally we loved it and showd up on time!:)

Week 6

We had an assignment to make a video for whatever we would like; so we decided to make a Beatles video with Anna and Oksana in a studio and in Keleti as well. I had a friend who could bring his and his friend's guitars for the shooting in the studio so we asked Bob, Fathir, Ralph and Marcel to help for us and make the video. But we had a problem that Fathir just travelled backo home on the shooting as Bob as well. So we had to find some others who became Adél's boyfriend and Oksana's friend!:) Then we could start the video which took about 3 hours!:) Soo it was really funny to sing together with the boys because we couldn't hear anything from the music (from the laptop) but it was nice. Then we moved to the Keleti which was also funny because wanted some pictures with the guys when they are standing on the stairs and crowd will come across them but they won't!! They were (I mean the audiance) just standing and make some pictures with phones about the "fake-Beatles" and wonder what's going on!:)
